What should be paid attention to when parts rack plating?
For rack-plated products, quality problems in electroplating often occur due to improper suspension. Therefore, the following points should be paid attention to when mounting:
(1) The main working surface or decorative surface of the plated parts should be hung outward (toward the anode), and the parts should be kept at a proper distance, and they should not be shielded from each other;
(2) For parts with holes, especially blind holes, make them upward and inclined to a certain extent, and must not face downwards, lest the gas cannot escape and cause partial plating failure;
(3) For scoop-mounted parts, prevent them from bringing out the plating solution when they exit the tank, and it is advisable to place the mouth horizontally;
(4) For the hanger that works in the plating solution with the cathode moving and stirring, the contact between the conductive hook and the cathode rod should be good.
